Crashing Meteor is a Standard Fire Arcana in Wizard of Legend
Description[edit | edit source]
Upon cast a magic circle is drawn on the floor. After a delay a meteor strikes the circle, dealing 75 damage and stunning all enemies in the circle.
If enhanced, the delay before the meteor hits is shortened.
Strategies[edit | edit source]
Prioritise aiming the meteor at tightly packed enemies to deal the most damage.
When comboing bosses, Crashing Meteor should be cast close to the start so the meteor will fall while you are casting other arcana. However don't use it as the first attack to stun bosses, especially council members as boss may recover before the meteor hits.
Spell combos[edit | edit source]
- The delay for the unenhanced version means the spell can be cast, then enemies can be gathered with
Spiraling Typhoon or
Arcane Intervention and deposited in the circle.
- Casting this directly before
Dragon Blast will cancel the knockback of crashing meteor, allowing for a third spell in the combo.
- Due to the long delay, consider using arcana that freeze, root or otherwise immobilise enemies such as
Water Prison or
Grasping Earth to prevent enemies from moving out of the blast radius before the meteor falls.
Item combos[edit | edit source]
Reactive Vinemail roots enemies when you take damage.
