Pandemic Pouch is a relic in Wizard of Legend.
Description[ | ]
All elemental Status Effects (i.e., Burn, Freeze, Slow, Shock, and Poison) have a 25% chance to cause an elemental burst, corresponding to the type of status effect (i.e., a Lightning Burst for Shock, Flame Burst for Burn, etc.), and proliferate to all nearby enemies when an elemental Status Effect is initially applied to an enemy.

- The way
Pandemic Pouch functions is that an initial status effect needs to be applied for it to have its effect activate (with a 25% chance of activation). Because of this, an Arcana which causes an elemental Status Effect is required, ideally an Arcana which will apply a Status Effect 100% of the time.

- Bolt Rail – the Enhanced version of Bolt Rail will apply Shock to enemies.
- Toxic Bolas – both enhanced and unenhanced versions apply a guaranteed poison to enemies.
