Searing Rush is a Dash Fire Arcana in Wizard of Legend

Description[edit | edit source]

Dash forward in the direction you are moving, leaving behind a trail of flames that last for a short time that burns enemies on contact.

If enhanced, an explosion dealing 16 damage and applies burn is released at the end of the dash.

This arcana can still be used when on cooldown, but the the trail of flames will not be created.

Strategies[edit | edit source]

The flames block enemy projectiles, meaning that they can be useful when fleeing from a ranged enemy. Can be effective at blocking the large amount of magic bolts fired by Burst Mage.

Dashing through enemies causes the flame trail to form directly on them, guaranteeing damage.

By judging the distance correctly, you can dash directly at enemies and cause them to be hit by the explosion. This will knockback and stun enemies making the enhanced version of this dash great for initiating fights.

Spell combos[edit | edit source]

  • For massive damage you can burn an enemy with Searing Rush and hit them with Bolt Rail. If done correctly the dash should put you close enough to hit the enemy. This combo does 54 damage within about 1.3 seconds.

Additional notes[edit | edit source]

  • Since this dash primarily inficts damage by burning enemies, items that increase damage have limited effect. They only increase the damage of the explosion if the arcana is enhanced.
