Status effects are conditions that are applied to either you or your enemies, typically as extra effects from Arcana. Status effects are not affected by any damage modifiers and cannot stack on the same target. Higher levels of a status effect overwrite lower levels.

Freeze[edit | edit source]

Applying freeze status to a target will render them unable to move or attack for a short duration. If hit by an attack that applies hit stun, this status will be removed.

Charm[edit | edit source]

Applying charm status to a target will cause it to fight for you, targeting enemies as an effective temporary agent. Some enemies are immune to this status effect..

Stun[edit | edit source]

Applying stun status to a target will render them unable to move or attack for a short duration. The "seeing stars" emote will play over the targets head and will count down until the status is removed. Additional hits to the target will add back stars up to the original 6 until after a certain time, when the status is automatically removed. [mechanics]
